MAZDA3
The Mazda3 comes with a 155-horsepower, 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. There are two other engines to pick from:
- 2.5-liter four-cylinder: 186 horsepower
- Turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder: 227 horsepower
A six-speed automatic transmission comes standard, as does front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive is optional. All Mazda3 sedans have very good gas mileage, and it varies based on the power- and drivetrain.
- 2.0-liter FWD: 28/36 MPG city/highway
- 2.5-liter FWD: 26/35 MPG city/highway
- 2.5-liter AWD: 25/33 MPG city/highway
- Turbocharged AWD: 23/32 MPG city/highway
Pre-Owned MAZDA6
With the recently discontinued Mazda6, you’ll get a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 187 horsepower. The other engine option is a 227-horsepower, turbocharged 2.5-liter configuration. A six-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive are standard.
This Mazda sedan gets 26 MPG in the city and 35 MPG on the highway. The bigger engine will give you 23/31 MPG city/highway.
