Your MAZDA vehicle is a finely-tuned machine that you probably love driving. But, like all machines, some of its parts will eventually wear down and then wear out. If you haven’t needed to replace these Mazda parts yet, you probably will sooner or later:

Oil Filter

The job of the oil filter is to help keep dirt and debris out of the engine. But, because that dirt and debris gets collected by the filter, it gets very dirty. Generally, an oil filter should be swapped out for a new one every other oil change.

Windshield Wipers

Many moving parts have a tendency to wear out fairly quickly, and few move faster than your wipers. But, thanks to intense heat and sunlight, they don’t have to move at all in order to break down.

Brake Pads

Every time you step on the brakes, the pads feel the strain. And if you do a lot of stop-and-go driving, they feel it even more. Brake pads are typically good for about 20,000 miles. If you hear a squeaking sound when you put the brakes on, this is a sign that they are wearing out and you need to come in for service.

Tires

The good news about tires is that a new set should last you about 50,000 miles. However, that comes with a big caveat: You have to rotate them regularly. This will enable them to wear down more evenly, which will help you extend their lifespan.
